Ruben BRU is the Qualtrics Benelux Director, helping clients to maximize the return on their investments in Experience Management Software, in the Benelux and Europe.

Ruben is an expert in XM and CRM, with a focus on Customer, Employee, Brand and Product experience.

He joined Qualtrics in March 2018, coming from Clarabridge, a leader in Txt-and Sentiment Analytics.

Ruben spent more than 15 years in CRM, launching Unica, the market leader in Omni Channel Campaign management, in Benelux, Germany, Alps and Central & Eastern Europe in 2004. In 2011, after acquisition, IBM asked Ruben to optimize the entire business process from intelligent marketing through to effective sales in CEE and MEA.

He worked with multinationals in the telecom sector like Orange, Vodafone, O2, KPN, Proximus and Liberty Global; in the Finance sector like ING, Deutsche, Commerzbank, BNP Paribas, Unicredit, Société Générale, Raiffeisen and Erste and retailers like P&G, Otto, Carrefour, Unilever, IKEA, MediaSaturn, Coolblue and many more.

Prior to Unica Ruben worked for SAS and DDB Omnicom. Ruben holds a Masters degree in International Marketing and in Commercial Engineering (Leuven University). Ruben speaks 4 languages and lives with his family and 3 kids in Belgium.
